Where is your resort exactly located and how do we get there?
Horizon View Hotspring (Private Pool Resort) is located at #26 Matapat Street Bo. Lalakay, Los Baņos Philippines. Please refer to our location map.

Does your resort offer meals?
The package rates do not include meals. Normally, guests bring their own food. Our resort is also very accessible to Los Baņos public market. 

Does your resort have kitchen utensils/equipment for cooking and dining?
Yes! Our resort has kitchen equipment such as gas stove, LPG and barbecue grills. However, we do not have any kitchen utensils. Kindly bring your own. We also have a refrigerator to store your foods. We offer these equipments FREE OF USE if you have availed of the FULL PACKAGE PRICE, please feel free to discuss requirements with us.!

How many rooms are there?

We have three (3) fully-air-conditioned rooms in the resort. There are 20 beds and 4 extra mattresses available.

How many shower rooms/comfort rooms are there? Is hot water available at all times?
We have two (2) shower rooms located in the ground floor and one (1) comfort room. And another one (1) rest room in the second floor. Hot water is available anytime.

What are the swimming pool sizes and depths?

The swimming pool sizes are 8 x 12 m. and 3 x 4 m. for adults and children respectively. The depths are 6 feet for adults and 3 feet for children.

Where is your hot water coming from?

The resort's hot water comes from natural hotspring, but we can adjust the heating temperature according to your needs and wants. The hot water is said to be good for one's health and well-being.

What is the maximum capacity of your place?
The resort's size is 500 sq. meter and it can accommodate a maximum of sixty (60) people. However, our beds are limited to 20 persons only. From our experience, two (2) children can share one (1) bed.

Can we hold any kind of activities?

Yes absolutely! Our resort has been designed and built for social gatherings. We have chairs, tables and blackboard for team-buildings, parties, seminars and the likes.

Is the resort private?

Yes, of course! We do not accept two reservations at one time. You have the whole place to enjoy for yourselves.

Do you clean your place regularly?

Yes! We do maintain and supervise our facilities regularly. We change the beddings and clean the rest rooms after every guests leave.

Do we have to follow any admission time?
Yes, you do have to follow certain admission time. We follow schedules according to reservations. We will be most happy to discuss your other options.

What is your rate and payment term?
Our rates are not fixed and it depends on the following basis - 1) number of hours (6,12 or 24 hours), 2) date of booking (weekday, weekends or holiday/peak season) 3) number of guests. 

Our payment term is 50% upon reservation. The remaining balance of 50% will be collected upon arrival at the resort.

We will only consider your reservations booked once we received your downpayment. Strictly no downpayment, no reservation rule. 

Where can we send our down payment/reservation fee? Where is your office located?
You don't need to come to our office/resort to pay your reservation fee. You may wire/deposit your payment through bank deposit:
